The testimony of John Hamlin Aged About thirty nine/
years sayth that somtime Last march was two years I being/
at providence went from thence Up to the Island Called Normons/
pond & laded my vessell thire with Salt, and was absent from/
providence about nine dayes when I came there I found/
A ship upon the rock there that was not there when I wont/
up and many men there that was not there when I wont/
up hone William Cady as he Called himselfe came home w[i]th/
me from providence with som others that had A Considerable/
summ of mony That this is the truth & the whole truth and/
nothing butt the truth wherein I can be possitive I give in/
upon my office oath John Hamlin Assistant/
