A special court held at FayrFeild Septr 14 1692/ A Bill exhibited against Mercy disborough wife of Thomas Disborough of compo on Fayrefeild in the/ county of fayrefeild. in the colony of conecticutt/ Mercy disborough is complayned of & accused as Guilty of witchcraft for thar on the 25th of Aprill 1692/ & In the 4th yeare of their Maty reigne & at sundry other times she hath by the Instigation & help of the/ divill in a preternaturell way afflicted & don Harme to the bodyes of sundry of their charish subjects/ or to some of them contrary to the law of God the peace of our soveraigne lord & lady the king &/ Queen their crown & dignity././ / / Billa Vera/
