May it please the Honor[able] Court we the Grand inquest now setting for the/ County of Fairfeild. being made sensable, not only by Common fame (but by/ Testamanys enly billed to us) That (the widdow \Mary/ Stapels Mary Harvye wife of Josiah/ Harvy & Hannah Harvy the daughter of the saide Josiah \all of Fairfeild/ remane under the susspition/ of useing Witchcrafte. which is abomanable both in the sight of God & man and ought/ to be wittnessed against. we doe tharefore (in complyance to our duty, the discharge of/ our oathes and that trust reposed in us) presente the above mentioned p[er]sons/ to the Honr[able] Court of assistants now setting in fairfeild that they may be taken/ in to Coustody & proceeded against according to there demerritts/ Fairfeild 15th 7br 1692 in behalfe of the Gr[a]nd Jury Joseph Bastard foreman/
