Condition - Physical	Excellent
Exterior	This grand old house is well preserved, having come down in the family. It is truly a museum with its well preserved paneling and old fireplaces, etc., and the best example of the gambrel two-and-one-half story house in the township. The house faces west overlooking the Green. There are barns and sheds at the rear; easily mistaken for dwellings. Cornice overhang about 8".
Interior	The inside walls of all rooms are paneled; paneled wainscoting in the living room. The dining room is completely paneled on all four sides, the only example found in Colchester. The stairs have an odd sweep in the wainscotting, which gracefully curves upward with the stairs.
