Condition - Physical	Fair
Exterior	With the exception of the chimney, the house is so changed that it is hardly recognizable as an old house. Chimney - fine old chimney in very good repair. It is large and the relation of the front windows are all that gives evidence of its antiquity. Roof - wide overhang with a 20th century moulded design, which is very unbecoming to the house. The corners have been turned by the use of engaged square columns and the face is paneled.
Doorway	The front door is of a recent date.
Interior	Greatly changed. The fireplaces have been all covered. The old beams removed or plastered over. All the paneling has been taken out and the house converted into a two tenant house. Cornerposts in some of the rooms are exposed. A few older raised paneled doors remain.
