Location	Faces east on Millbrook Road, South Farms, past Russell Company - turn east at rotary at South Main Street; off Randolph Road c. 1 1/2 miles south.

Roof	Integral saltbox
Chimney Type/No.of	Stone / brick top / central / large - 6 flues
Height	Two stories and half
Fenestration	5 window front; 8/12 sash on upper story, 6/6 below. 3 vertical windows in gable.
Overhang	4" on each story.
Foundation	Brick; one story high; headers every 7th course. Block stone at sides.
Condition - Physical	Good
Doorway	A four-light transom with 1" muntins over front door, basement door and side door.
Interior	First floor had three fireplaces. Porch about 1900. Southeast room has raised paneled wall end, bolection moulding and later mantel on a 38 1/2" overmantel panel. Cased summer. High ceiling. Northeast room has flush paneled cupbaords in beaded wall ends. High moulded mantel. Kitchen - has featheredge wall, others of beaded boards. Southeast upper room has plain mantel. Flush paneled doors. Northeast upper room is similar but fireplace is smaller and recessed. Smoke oven in attic. Cellar has north and south fireplaces. Oak lintels.
