Condition - Physical	Poor
Exterior	Small. Walls - graduated clapboards. Cornice - is fairly wide; mouldings of good design. Windows - casements project exceptionally far beyond the exterior surface of the building, about 4". Elaborate window caps composed of several classical mouldings. Plain side casements.
Doorway	New front door, but casement is of original period and is composed of fluted pilasters on a wide plain panel. The front porch, possibly later, is graceful and simple; the roof is slightly arched, the corner posts quite small.
Interior	The front stairway on the left side of the hall has a right hand rail; paneled; closed stringer; scrolls underneath; small turned banisters. No paneling at present in any of the rooms. No evidence of summer beams. Very plain mantels of later date. Panels inset under windows. Considerable wainscoting.
