Exterior	Clapboarded. Dentil course at cornice and rakes, carried around corner boards which have pilaster heads. Decoration at frieze. Sketch shows detail of dentils and frieze. Modillions on soffit of cornice and rakes. Grass terrace formed by stone wall at front and south side of house. Elaborate window heads and similar decoration on door, south side.
Doorway	Doorway rebuilt; fancy fanlight put in, a bit too small. The old, simple one is in the attic. Main entrance doorway with simple pilasters, and open pediment. Soffit of pediment paneled and with modillions. Pediment supported by two freestanding columns with bulbous bases like those of Rectory at Monroe.
