Description [Material]	Brick (main) / wood (part)
Roof	Peak (wood part) / gambrel (brick portion)
Chimney Type/No.of	Brick / end (no chimney in wood part)
Height	Two stories and half originally; now three stories
Fenestration	Front windows removed in brick portion; 4 new window front in wood part on second story - first story has store display windows; wide space between windows and eaves.
Overhang	None
Foundation	Stone in wood part; hidden in brick portion.
Authenticity	Modernized for stores and hotel.
Interior	Fireplace with very fluted pilasters and rosettes. Round headed panel wall end removed to S. A. Griswold House (opposite). Elaborate corner cupboard with key block and clover leaf shelves. Rest of interior gutted.
