Location	Opposite lake; east side of road, at filling station; Route 6; 0.2 m. north of South Coventry.

Height	Two stories and half
Ell	Ell is reputed to be the oldest part of the building.
Fenestration	9 window front; paired; 6 over 6 light sash.
Overhang	None
Foundation	Fieldstone
Condition - Physical	Fair
Exterior	Setting - overlooks Lake Wamgumbaug from north. Well back from road; large elms and maples overshadowing front lawn. Gables - quite narrow. Roof - steep roof. Chimney - quite small; not original top. Cornice - plain. Rear rafters are visible at eaves. Window casements - plain, later date. Retain small drip for a cap mould. It has every indication of a second period house with a central chimney and a room on either side.
Doorway	New door at front; old one is used as a rear door to ells at the north.
Interior	"Porch " - good stairway; finely turned banisters. Paneled stair wall. (Raised paneling). Summer beams - in both front rooms. Kitchen - long summer beam in ell; runs perpendicular to front or main building. Main building - only four rooms; two on first, two on second. Paneled fireplace walls.
