1934 Connecticut Aerial Photographs: Index Sheet Locator (Topographic Maps)

Click on your area of interest on the map below to open a topographic index sheet map. Based on 1895 topographic maps, the index sheet contains photograph numbers in drawn blocks for the 1934 Aerial Photographs of Connecticut. The photograph numbers on the index sheets are not linked. Also, not all of the photographs are indexed on these sheets.

Type the photograph number, as a five digit number (e.g. 00254) into the Search box at the upper right. Scroll to the right if the Search box is not visible on your screen.

Tips for Using the Index Sheets.
You can search within the index sheet maps using the tools at the top of the map window. The magnifying glass tool will zoom the image in or out. Clicking on any point in the viewing image will enlarge and center on that point. The thumbnail image at the right will outline in red the extent of the image being viewed. Click on the thumbnail image to adjust the center of the viewing image.
